KUALA LUMPUR, March 24 — Malaysia and Singapore have agreed to reopen their land borders for fully vaccinated travellers beginning April 1 without the need for them to take Covid-19 pre-departure and arrival tests or be quarantined.

BANGKOK, March 23 — In a bid to boost its tourism industry especially in the southern provinces, Thailand is working closely with relevant authorities to reopen all land border entry points with Malaysia by May 1.

PUTRAJAYA, March 23 — Malaysia and Singapore are gearing up to work immediately towards resuming full air and land travel for fully vaccinated persons as the Covid-19 situation has stabilised, said Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.

KUCHING, March 19 — The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (Motac) is confident that tourism industry players are ready to receive foreign tourists when the country's borders reopen come April 1.
